Adopt-A-Day Campaign Donation

Pay-It-Forward House operations are funded almost entirely through the generosity of YOU, our donors and with the help of many passionate volunteers. The Adopt-A-Day program gives you an opportunity to support our mission to provide a good night's rest for our guests. Dedicate your donation to honor or memorialize someone special or days with specific significance. All donations will be recognized on our Adopt-A-Day calendars located at the Pay-It-Forward House and Kindred Hospital-Sycamore. We will send an acknowledgement to each honoree recognizing their "day" and your support. Pay-It-Forward House, NFP is a 501-c-3 not-for-profit organization. Contributions are tax deductible according to the law.
